So, Beatrice is now 13 months old and developing slowly but surely. She brings joy to everyone she meets and makes my heart swell with pride.

At the moment, she is very poorly in hospital. She appears to have overcome pneumonia, but the remaining secretions are causing her huge problems. Her airway blocks at random with a mucous plug and she has had to be revived with a bag and mask 3 times in the past 24 hours. Naturally, I am in a permanent state of anxiety at the moment. I just want Beatrice home again. We have so many more memories to make.

Please spare a thought for Beatrice's sisters if you can- they too are poorly with a sickness bug and all they really want right now is cuddles with Mummy.

Life is tough right now, but nobody said it would be easy...

Cup i am so terribly sorry to hear your sad news. Baby bea has touched so many people through MN, i hope you know how many of us today are in tears for you all, and tears for the beautiful Beatrice. I am broken hearted for you all. I have follow your story from the beginning and can only echo previous posters, who said she could not have been born to better parents.

You have wrapped her in love for short life. She will always be a part of you all.

Oh Cup, I am so sorry to hear this news. I followed Bea's journey from the beginning and am now sitting here in tears. I hope in time you will take comfort from your memories of your time with your beautiful little girl and pride in the way she touched so many hearts accross the world. Thank you for sharing your journey with us - it has been a privilege to know Bea, even only virtually. My heart goes out to all who knew her in real life and of course especially to you, your DH and Bea's big sisters.

I know nothing I can say can make this pain any better but I would just like to thank you for allowing me to follow your journey, I feel priviledged to have been allowed to share in Bea's life and am, as ever, in awe of the strength, determination and endless love you have shown

I have often thought of you but never knew what to say. I just want to send you as much strength as you need to help you carry on.

To God we all belong and to God we all return. I am so so so sorry that God has called Beatrice to Him now but she is safe and happy in His love and care. Bea was an amazing person, she has achieved more in her short life than most of us will do in decades. I am sitting here with tears streaming, missing a baby I have never met... I feel so privileged you let us into her life...You have tough days ahead - be gentle with yourself. The biggest of hugs and love to you and to Bea's daddy and fabulous big sisters. May God give you all the strength in the world in the aftermath of your loss. Beatrice Primrosd is ow the brightest star in the sky. God bless.

I am so sorry to hear about Beatrice. She was such an inspiration as was your devotion Cup. From the day she was born, she was surrounded in love from you , her sisters and your DH.
