I can't see one and haven't ever started one before. Have I broken the rules?

Anyway Wine and Brew and Cake all round.

Not a bad week here. Apart from me being in the midst of an interesting reaction to celeriac.

Hi all.

Lola there is nothing worse that a professional who just won't listen.

Sign Sad at Dh not being able to do bedtime routine anymore. It is so good to have at least one thing you can confidently pass over.

Moose been reading your other thread. Sorry its been such a terrible week. Could you award Ds a two week half term? Although if he is anything like my DS he will just panic at the thought of missing school.

Tiredness hope Ds enjoys his walk and you enjoy the free evening.

Star glad the review went well but I know what you mean about being taken aback at not having to fight.

Had DS's TAC meeting today and although it didn't all go swimmingly, it was much better than I expected. For further details see my other thread.

DS has had an invitation to a birthday party! And he wants to go!!! First time since he was 8 and that one was a total disaster. He really seems to be getting on well socially this year.

Sorry my minds gone blank for others but a good weekend to all.

Crap 3 weeks here DD had colostomy nearly 3 weeks ago, home yesterday with exploding colostomy bag (crap everywhere) Poor little soul loosing weight
4K in 2 weeks..Also diagnosed with auto immune problem I having been banging about this for 18 months but ignored

However glad some of you have had a good week. Commiserations to those who haven't.

Hope you all have a stressless weekend Hmm

Thankyou to lollipop for the lullaby, it has finally worked, and ds has gone to sleep, he seems to have a poo stuck (sorry for tmi!) hence the stamping. he kind of did half a poo, anyway I'll stop there....

Anyway too late for risotto, so dh and I are sharing a bar of chocolate, some peanuts and a glass of wine.

A good week really for ds, as we have been asked if he can be included in a study relating to Kleefstra syndrome, I think it will be a positive thing for him, just waiting for the information to come through (dh is convinced that it will involve an all expenses paid trip to Holland!)

Sorry to hear of the difficult weeks that some of you have had.

2old was thinking the other day you hadn't been about much. Now I know why. Sorry you are having yet more problems. DH has a colostomy which is mostly fine now that he has had it for years and it has settled down.. He doesn't have other issues of course. I do remember the explosions though - at least he could do some of the cleaning up himself. Tough about the autoimmune problem. When will they learn to listen.
BTW is older DD out of plaster yet?

2old2beamum · 20/10/2012 17:38

Thanks for your kind thoughts NoHaudin. Her colostomy is getting slightly
more manageable now we are home. Have attatched a 2 litre urine bag to the end of her colostomy bag, she passed 8 litres of wind and poo yesterday (more wind than pooGrin) your DH gives me hope.
DD out of plaster on Wednesday thanks for asking.

Actually, I#m going to use the term 'carrot fashion' as an apt description of stupid generic advice, like 'he's a visual learner!' .......meh!
