Statement - LEA agreed to RSA, help with next stage please....

Hi,

Good news - Found out this morning that LEA have agreed to my RSA for my DD (2.5 with Down's) - thank you everyone who helped with my request!

They're now going to ask all her agencies to submit reports, but I was wondering what I can do at this stage (if anything) to help make sure she gets a statement?

In the initial request letter I submitted latest copies off all her reports (including a PIP that showed her development level was half that of other DC her age), as well as a letter from her nursery to say she needs 1-1 care to help keep her safe in an age appropriate room.

When going for a statement for my dd every time they asked for more information I would send them copies of all reports even if I thought i had sent them before so i knew they always had them. Hope that helps and also making sure she had had all appointments that were due.
