Pardon me being thick but, I assume this is going to be a closed Facebook Group? If I PM you so I can sign up, do I have to sign up under real name and does that then give other members access to my FB account in RL?

Sorry but I am a bit of a FB novice, but am interested in the group you mention as DD is just about to turn 18 and DS is nearly 15 so sounds like it owuld be useful.

I will ask, it's not my group, I have been asked to mention it here as it's an oldie who refuses to uses the SN children board due to the constant request for hopefully what she has started on FB. I know those who are on so far are using RL names but there is no doc as to who you are on MN. I'll get back once I have a reply.

ok what I have back is, it's looking difficult to link MN to FB without knowing RL names, there is a couple of threads in other areas running atm to try and encourage MN to get the issues looked at quicker, I'll do links but no worries if you don't want to post anywhere but here. The mn'er who has started the group in fb would like to remain anon and not outed, though she doesn't mind peeps knowing her RL name without linking it to MN nicknames, so she understands how hard it would be for you's to do the same. It's obvious this is something she needs and something a lot of us will need in the future so bide with her and see what happens or any ideas how to make the fb group workable that would be great. Thanks.
