Just posting really to say I am 
. basically, Sam's behaviour deteriorated again lately and the last few days he has been threatening me- Monday night he was chanting he wanted me to die (something a school classmate said to him) and when I tried to confiscate his dalek he attacked my leg; my toe joint is now either v badly bruised or broken but I cannot bring myself to get an x-ray as it is a deterioration I have ben dreading.
Don't now where this has come from. he has shown some signs of improvement lately- even a small amount of imaginative play and co-operation. Then this, which ahs coincided with a period of sleep refusal again and the 'hyper fits' he used to get .
back to BIBIC tomorrow though, hope they can help.
