Does anyone have any experience or knowledge? Website rather sparse. I don't know whether they charge or if they do what their fee scales are and I can't get through on the helpline.

There are other sections of mn?? Grin

I have managed to answer my own question now thanks to parentvoice.com. They don't do legal representation but negotiate in writing and verbally with the LEA in an attempt to avoid tribunal. Still don't know if they charge.
