Quick query (I hope) re EP reports

The LA EP has carried out a cognitive assessment on ds. He told me she played some games with him and it was "ok"! This was the final part of a 3 part assessment

I fought hard for it, knew it was coming and would have liked to be forewarned .

Anyway, my question is, do I have a right to see the report before it is circulated? I have asked, but would like to know if this is a reasonable request. BTW I have submitted a request for statutory assessment, but the EP assessment predated this request.

I think as it is LA EP then probably not. It will go to school and you will get a copy.

cansu thank you for your help . I thought as much, but no harm in trying. I suspect I"m going to be surprised with it at the multi-disciplinary meeting next week - once school has fully digested and worked out how to present their side
