Once ive lodged my appeal with SENDIST for refusal to assess, how long do LA have to let me know if they are opposing my appeal or not?

Is it 30 days?

I think it's 6 weeks. But when the appeal has been lodged you will receive confirmation and case directions from SENDIST, which will specify all the deadlines.

Thanks Bialystock, appeal was lodged and date set last month, my solicitor would have been sent the paperwork, i will have to check with them, just thought it would be quicker to ask you guys!

Definitely get on to your solicitor, they will have the timescale, which you need to know to make sure you get any evidence together in time!
