Christmas cards fundraising

Hi all, my dd goes to an autism unit attached to a mainstream school. This year the PTA are going to sell Christmas cards printed from the kids' artwork. Has anyone done this before? Any pitfalls or problems you can advise me on? I'm in Ireland so my cards won't be competing with yours, lol!

Our primary have done it for the last few years but they are aimed at the family of the artist, who buy them in packs, so that they can send them out instead of buying from a shop.
