My ds was diagnosed with autism in May. All I've ever seemed to face from people is negativity and disapproving looks until today. I have a fantastic family worker who comes into the home for 2 hrs a week, when I mentioned we were doing the "hearts and minds challenge" swapping old mobile phones for an iPad for autistic child she sent out an email to all her colleagues. She phoned me today to tell me a company she works along side were touched by her email and tomorrow are having a non uniform day to raise funds for my son!!! They have restored my faith in human kindness!! After reading some of the posts on here I thought you guys would appreciate how I feel!!
