Swim nappies for 13 year old ???

Just preempting our hols here, DS is coeliac and if glutened (very very likely on holiday) he looses control of his bowel. Can you get swim nappies for this age (Hes a huge 10 year old btw)

Any recommendations ?

We use kushies which go right up to adult sizes iirc. I think fledglings have them.
Ds wears them under swimmers (the shorts style)

we use hi line youth trunks. they look just like ordinary ones but have a good continenece lining. they are from Ostomart. If you google either of these you should find them.
