Along with an information pack about ASD and a copy of the letter from the community paediatrician to my dd's GP. There is so much to read, my heads in a whirl.

Regarding the questionnaire, I have had four dc, dd with suspected ASD is my first and some things I just don't remember. Not to mention I had PND with her as a baby. Things like when you pointed did she look where you pointed or at your finger? What do I do for the questions I just don't remember? Write as much?

Thanks, I have loads of photos, that's great! I am appalled how bad my memory is too. Some of the questions bring instant memories, others I am just a bit of a blank. Hmm
