Do you send copy of the annual review with yours?

Hi, I sent a copy of everything I had, a medical report, his latest IEP report etc. when I got ds's award through they wrote saying they'd base their decision on the form and his medical report, and I was happy with their decision.

I sent DS medical report, clinical report and statement of needs. This has now been reviewed with add ons. When I phoned them they said they would like to see the amended version aswell. WHICH I am still waiting for!

Thanks, will send it in then. I am more stressed during the renewal then I was doing original, probably in case they reject it! Oh well, back from a disastrous walk with DH and DS2 so going to wait half hour then am pouring myself a glass of wine!

Back to horrid form tomorrow.
