My two autistic children are on the vegepa and one of them is having the floradix supplement as he can't swallow tabs.
So last Saturday put in the order as normal with amazon prime.
On Wednesday thought where the hell was it as had run out of floradix and vegepa was nearly all gone (gone now).
My son has not had anything since then. So checked amazon site and found out that it was "undeliverable" on the monday and given a time stamp.
So sent them a snotty email saying that we were in. Got an email back saying "I have checked the tracking details and see that it has been updated that the item has been damaged and isn't in a suitable condition for delivery hence I've placed a new order #.
Once your replacement order has been sent, we?ll let you know by e-mail."
Replacement was due today.
So just checked tracking and WTF "undeliverable at midday". And there's 3 people in the house.
So just had an online chat and got a THIRD delivery coming tomorrow and although it's amazon prime and delivery is free. They are expressing if free of charge.
So does that mean a different courier? I hope bloody so!!!
And has anyone else ever had this problem getting the vegepa??
