makes me feel left out, looked down on, disregarded, an outsider, imposter.........need I go on. My DS is challenging and complex, has life limiting medical issues as well as his life being limited due to his needs anyway. It's so difficult and lacks the support needed but hey we plod on. So why make me feel crap. Maybe I'm right and the boards not for me anymore, however I don't fit in support groups or other places, so have no where!

Anyway thanks for the rant, take care everyone x

see everyone is ready to blame other dx's for DS's problems but at the end of the day, the DS was what he was born with, when they realised, due to his undiagnosed heart condition which needed him being resuscitated a few times after birth till they realised the problem. Hence querying DS which was in my medical/antenatal notes due to family circumstances. I know his other issues are stand alone dx's but they can also co morbid with DS, so would he have them if he wasn't DS.........anyway I'm not into looking at if only's but it's just something others should think about. Like I say you don't know what the road will be like until you travelling, whether it's Holland Wink or elsewhere haha

(Wink managed to get that word/place in again lol)

I dont like tulips and wear a tin hat on more than one occasion so I would settle for Berut Grin

We are seriously going to have to give you a MN swear box if you keep saying it LOL x

Every child is different wether NT or SN they have their own characters and personalities along with their own abilities at different levels. I think to be honest to paint everything rosy is cruel anyway but then again if you google and read books it should open anyones eyes. Far better to hear an all round report of as much as possible that could or may happen. Forewarned is fore armed :)
