have been perusing a few websites of send solicitors and they mention about claiming possibly through your legal cover on your house insurance. we do have legal cover up to £50k on ours but its unclear from the booklet whether we would be covered.. have phoned the insurers and awaiting someone phoning me back - just wondered if anyone else had been sucessful???

I tried several years ago. They send you a form to fill in with the details of your problem, then they will send you a list of solicitors to choose from. I didn't go ahead as I found a Law Centre which did the work for free (I wish I had have, the Law Centre was rubbish and I was left to settle out of court myself).
