Does anyone know of a London/SE based occupational therapy practice that does these two programmes? NHS would be my "dream date" but I'm expecting it to be private tbh.

I'm in SE and have the same thing - I'm looking to book an appointment with Hemispheres (google) they have a practice in Sevenoaks. They cover the complete OT including a sound programme. I spoke to them and they were very nice also didn't do the whole sales pitch. Their sound programme is home based therapy with bone conduction head phones which can help with how sounds resonate through the skull

Thanks!

DS needs the two in sync so it would be easier to do it via the same practice iykwim. Now to hoping it doesn't need a 2nd mortgage Wink

Sadly hemispheres only does retained reflex, not the more targeted (for Ds's issues) Astronaut training (vestibular-audio-visual triad) that I'm after. The hunt goes on Wink. They do, do the sound programme he needs though.

Sorry I thought they did both - the sound program looks good and I like the fact they can do it at home over 20wks. I find all this stuff really confusing though as I know AIT is quite effective and not sure if hemispheres is the same thing. Pricey though £1600 for the therapy!
