I spoke to dd's sw at cdt today asked him about direct payments. he said they assess you and then it goes to some one else who makes the decision. So you best first step is to ring duty sw on 295151 hope that helps

Ta buzylizy! Will get on to it. Think they are a way of the government giving you money to help with the care of your child who has a disability rather than going into care that they provide? ERm?
