I have 2 DS at the same nursery older one is NT (4.5) and younger one is 3.5 diagnosed with asd. We have been running an ABA program and I have been sending a shadow with him he attends 3 mornings a week.
Today I pick up the children and am given a report for my older DS. I then ask the teacher where is DS2 report she replies 'oh we havent done one for him' i reply 'so you are telling me that you have not made any observations since October?' she replies 'oh it was his tutors job to write the report!' (the tutor that is already writing daily reports for me)
So as you can imagine I am not very happy and I want to complain to someone I just dont know what the right thing to do is? has this happened to anyone else? am I being unreasonable?
