After years of appts 12.5 DS is finally going through ASD assessment with local CAMHS. He is desperately worried his friends will find out and says he can't say he is going to the dentists again (unfortunately he really did have dental appton Mon) He is sobbing louuly and won' t let me back in just saying he hates me for making jim go to these appts I am at my wits end one of the main problems is that he has a lowIQ and just doesn't get things. He also feels strongly he doesn't need to be helped. How can I help him to accept help!
