Just wanted to let you know we survived our very soggy camping trip. We actually had a really good time and Dd3 was fab. She managed to get through the whole week without setting up any routines and we even broke a couple of ancient holiday routines that follow us around the countryGrin.

She also played in the play area when there were other children in thereShock.

On the site was a group of teens/young adults with SN's, they were having a great time, got stuck into all the activities and the staff that were with them were lovely and encouraging them to try stuff.

I wanted to mention them because I know how hard it is to let our SN kids/teens go away with other people but this group were well up for it, lovely [if a little noisy at times] and having a great time.

Do you now need a holiday to recover from the holiday? Grin

LOLGrin dont feel too bad actually, have definitely chilled which I really needed to do.

We did actually get sometime to sit and rest because there are so many play areas that Dd3 loves to visit.

Also played quite a bit and even climbed a treeGrinGrin

Think I may need a new nickname!
