SEND Tribunal...help

No idea where to start. LEA have agreed to name the school we want for our DS with AS (an ASC provision) but not the 1:1 support he desperately needs (and which all the professionals other than the LEA pen pushers agree he needs, too).

They have proposed a Statement saying as much. I have asked for a meeting and mentioned Tribunal already.

What next? Feeling so very weary with it all

Do you have a copy of the SEN Code of Practice 2001? If not, you need to get hold of a copy. You can download it from the Department of Education's website; I think that you can also order a hard copy too.
