slow release melationin

hi my ds2 has been pt on circadin 2x 2mg per night i managed to get one tablet down him ,how im a going to get 2 down him hes has to swollow them whole !!

We put them in petit filous but opened as no way will he swallow tablets. He is 3.9 though. They seem to work this way.

Ive tryed that he just spits em out also gave him a drink at same time .but still spits it out lol.

My dd1 has the quick release capsules and manages them whole we pop it on back of her tongue and she has a jig drink of milk. She is 2.11. It was a battle to start with but she's ok now, we practised with smarties first!
