Tribunal - right of appeal after withdrawing

Good morning Everyone,
I am sure I have read that once you withdraw your appeal you can't appeal for another year, but perhaps I am wrong. I feel the LEA is perhaps proposing something suitable, but if it fails, I don't want to find myself in 3 months time without another right of appeal.
Many thanks!

Don't withdraw until you have everything you need in place - a promise to such and such if you withdraw is just that and these promises can be broken. Wait and see, keep the tribunal case open. Let the LEA wthdraw if they no longer oppose your appeal but don't withdraw yourself until that final statement is in your hand just the way you want it.

I withdrew my appeal the day before the tribunal when I had a copy of the final signed statement.
Don't do it before you have the final document and you are happy with it.
