I need pointing in the right direction to find out what I can ask the school for. she still needs support and has made improvements because of the input school has been giving (and equipment) and because of occupational and physio therapy.

I am a bit cross but am not sure if I am justifyably cross.

So does she still have an IEP? School should be setting and reviewing targets with you and with your agreement. If you feel hypermobility targets need to stay, I'd ask/tell SENCo to reinstate them.

ieps don't seem to be taken very seriously in school imo they ignore them, mess with them, and choose to remove them without any input from parents.as i found out in the past few days. they seem to play on the 'treating pupils the same' regardless of wether the individual has needs or not.if you have an understanding good relationship with the school just ask the senco for a meeting and ask for it put back

the head is the senco at present as the senco is off sick.

oh dear, I may have accidently written and printed a letter asking for a meeting with the head. I may also have quoted relevant documentation at him. oops.

I am going back tomorrow to speak to the secretary top ask again... and point out gently that I was not invited to the last review either... before i hand in the letter.

Hand it in. Unless you push for the help for your child they won't bother. There are too many stories of schools not doing what they should on here.
