I know this isn't really up there, with some of the very important stuff on here but.... Dilemma here.

When my son started at school he had a lovely TA. He then had two more ladies come into the mix so, three ta's doing different times/days of the week. And his class teacher to buy for too! He goes to secondary in Sept.

I have no idea what to get and suddenly, there's 4 to buy for, in these cash strapped times!

Anyone else?

We have only one main TA to buy for and have just come back from a slightly expensive trip to the ceramics Cafe where DS painted a mug for his TA, I have promised to make chocolate truffles to fill it and the remaining TA's and the teacher can share the rest of the chocolates when I have finished.

Truffles are easy to make and if you wrap them in that cellophane which is microwave steaming bags with ribbon they can look quite posh.

How about a photo of your DS from when they started working with him and a similar pose from now in a little frame?

We've printed plain cotton bags using foam stamps and fabric paint

They look lovely and are really cheap. The dc are very proud of their creations and so am I Smile

Wow.... Some lovely ideas I'd never have thought of! Thanks. Smile

Good thread, we also had an expensive trip to the ceramics cafe where we made a mug, printed with dinosaurs (his obsession) with a heart and his name on the handle.

We're going to make peppermint creams or shortbread to fill it with :-)
