What's the best way to meet local mums???
Have tried posting on the local talk part of the site and no replies there either!

Firstly welcome to the SN children's board

Do you particularly want to chat online? If you do does it matter if we are not from Aberdeen.

If you want other local mums to chat too you could try your local children's centre [do you have them in scotland?].

Sorry not much help really but didnt want your thread to go unanswered.

Oh that's a shame because some of them work well in my area, especially if the staff are good with SN's.

Hmm, not sure how you would meet other mums of children with SN's, maybe your health visitor could help.

The trouble with being specific about areas on here is that many people prefer not to say where they are so that they can vent about proffs,school and other stuff without risking being identified.

keep trying on here because someone might come along with some more useful advise
