Hi all

Does anyone know any council or private schools in cardiff that will back ABA, funded by council or not?

We are thinking of going to the council to ask for it (yey!) so doing a little research!!

Thanks
Veronica

Not sure about Cardiff but I know some people have met with a v sympathetic response in Swansea.
I've sent you a private message.

I'm in Swansea. Just this week sent request for SA for DD. I'd really appreciate any info you can pass on Smile

There are quite a number of families in Swansea who are doing ABA although I think Swansea are starting to try and cut down the money that they give to run programs from recent dealings with them. If anyone wants more info feel free to ask.

Hi, I am interested in this as I am also living very close to Swansea. I have considered trying ABA for dd 2.9 but was afraid of the cost and unsure where to start. Does this mean I could apply for help towards the cost of it? Do they have to have a dx first as dd still under assessment by paed?

The University of Glamorgan is starting up an Msc in ABA this September.
It would perhaps be useful for you to make yourselves known to them.
