Has anyone used a bodysox?

OT used it on DS yesterday and he absolutely loved it. I don't want to get one if it gets forgotten about a day later. Has anyone's DC got one and have they enjoyed it a few months in?
Also, the cheapest i have seen is around £40. Does anyone know of anywhere where they may be cheaper?

I've seen these on Etsy (the handmade site). I sent the owner a message and she will ship to the uk she just needs to know what you are interested in and she can give you a shipping price. here

Hello! I am the dance/movement therapist who designed the BodySox and am very happy to work with you to ship you the original quality version. We have just designed some very cool ones that are in prints as well. www.dyenamicmovement.com My son who is now 24, was a major factor in the creation of several sensory products that are now distributed worldwide.

We have a bodysox, given to us by ds2's OT. He loves it as does his NT older brother.
He gets in it & rolls around on the trampoline.
The novelty hasnt worn off yet & hes had it for about 6 months

hi dyenamic
what size would I need for a skinny boy who is about 5' 4'' but growing steadily?

dyenamic · 01/07/2012 02:19

If you want him to be able to grow into it the X-Large would be the best bet.

cormsilky · 01/07/2012 08:48

thanks dyenamic - would XL be too big now though? I don't mind buying another when he grows but would like a few months use out of it.

dyenamic · 01/07/2012 21:09

In that case the large would give him the resistance that is desirable now. Our larges are a bit larger than other "knock offs" so he should be okay with it. We can send you a list of available colors and prints.

PS..
I went on Etsy but couldn't find the Bodysox. What is it listed under?

cormsilky · 01/07/2012 22:15

yes I would like to see the list of prints and colours Smile
the airwalker looks fantastic as well - do you need lots of room for it?

dyenamic · 02/07/2012 03:31

The more room the better but it's more important to have the ceiling height..9ft ceilings work best. I have designed a shorter version for 8ft ceilings but not as spacious as the regular length. You can at least just lie in it which is very quieting..like being in a cocoon..I originally designed it for meditation. :)

The shop on etsy is on holiday until 5th July. I Suppose it is a holiday time in America.

countdowntoxmas · 04/07/2012 17:11

Do you know how much they are on the Etsy website? I am honestly thinking I may get some lycra or spandex and make it myself as it can't be that difficult to make and it will save me a small fortune.
