I shall have a look at that.. Thanks

Interestingly, no one, not MP, DoE or auditors of the Green Paper pathfinders seem to be able to confirm why it is ok for LAs to flout the SEN Pilot Order and refuse even to entertain requests for SEN DPs. They are clearly breaking the law.

I got an email from IPSEA about 'progress' recently but when I raised it in response, they said, they couldn't give 'advice'. I wasn't asking for their advice but clearly if bodies like IPSEA don't want to take up these issues when they are reporting about progress, there is little hope!

I noticed that there wasn'tmuch about direct payments being accessed now too AE, I am seriously considering popping a request for a SEN DP in to my LA....... don't think for a minute it would be considered but might be interesting to see what the response would be and the reasons for refusal.

Maybe we could come up with a response between us, hope your arm isn't aching too much devient :)
