You know that fad where people who were on a diet were taking pictured of their food and blogging about how much they've eaten as motivation to stick to the diet.
Have been thinking, since both boys on CPOC exercises every day, would I be more likely to do it if I started a blog cataloguing each day, what exercises they did and then noting any improvements?
Not bothered if anyone else reads it or not, just tought I'm more likely to stick to that than if I write it in a diary.
Does anybody else do anything like this?
