HELP!!!!!. Please

I have a recent ican assessment report ( and omg wow what a report), I have a current statement,

how do i go about adding stuff into the statement from the report, i know that i need to find the need and match the provision, but im lost with which bits i actually need to put where, and do i have to reword what i need to put in.

Is the statement up for review? I may be wrong but I think you have to request a statement review early or wait for annual review before you can add to an already finalised statement. Maybe someone else can confirm this.

i have a final statement that was done in nov, this named the current school she is at and a suggested SN school for her to go to this sept.

but at the annual review in march the head of the SEN school said that they couldnt meet her needs after all. so we were then asked to go look at another school ( MS with SLI unit) they turned her down after the first visit.

the LEA have now sent me a letter asking to pick 1 ov these 2 schools, saying that her needs can be met in accordance to her current statement. ( with this letter it does go on about if were not happy we can appeal within 20 days of that date).

in the mean time i had a ICAN assessment done ( report now arrived) which shows that she has more complex profile than to what is actually on her current statement.

now this report shows that she needs a hell of a lot more support than she is currently getting.

Do you know where you actually want her to go to school?

Cos that affects which bits of the report you will bother fighting to formally include in the amended statement.
