Hi all,

I bought DD her own alphasmart as at her secondary school didn't have enough to go around so could only access them in certain lessons

But she has managed to crack the screen, does anyone know whether it can be repaired and how long it might take? I can't find any information on the website.

Who did you buy it from? They may have their own repair system. Have you tried renlearn?

I got it direst from Renlearn, but there is no info on repairs that I can see on the website.

I'll ring them tomorrow, but wanted to know if anyone else had managed to get theirs repaired.

You can get the screen replaced. DS broke his, we returned it to the manufacturer, cost about £90, so not cheap.
