Multi-agency meeting

We have a multi-agency meeting at DS school on Moday. I'm getting very nervous as I don't know what they'll talk about. Could anyone give me pointers or suggest things I could ask - seen as everyone will be in the same room. I get overwhelmed with so much 'authority' in 1 room and will no doubt forget everything I want to say/ask!

I've been known to bullet point all my queries onto a single side of A4 and then email it in advance of these meetings to the attendees. Stops me getting too nervous to ask or forgetting & helps stop some caring carrot veering the meeting off at some irrelevant tangent.

Thanks bochead That certainly sounds like it could help me. Maybe I should email it to school and they can forward on or even just keep hold of it or bring these things up on my behalf at the meeting.
