Scotson technique - does anyone actually do this?

We did used to do this and I was sure at the time that it was helping DS (mild cerebral palsy).

I stopped for almost a year and have not seen massive changes either way. We do other therapies, but I feel that DS is not going backwards from missing Scotson technique.

However I wonder ... whether I should still be doing it ... does anyone else do this therapy and if so how does it help your child, do you think?
