I am sorting through paperwork and i have a poor substitute for what should be a SALT programme designed and set by SALT. It is designed and set by an assistant speech and language outreach worker.
Now the outcome is based on fully 100%, Mostly 70%-100% Partially -70% and Not - 0%
There are 5 targets, all of which ds managed to score Mostly. They then conclude based on his progress during these sessions i have no concerns at this time and input is stopped.
I also notice things such as ds's residual speech sounds difficulties which he has had from much younger and were also highlighted in SALT report 3 months earlier, that this team comment 'i had no concerns about speech sounds or phonology at this time'
So my question, is achieving 'mostly' ie 70% grounds for stopping input?
