TV Prog about "original" Rain Man

On Monday 27th Feb at 9pm, C5 will be broadcasting a documentary about savante Kim Peek. Kim was the inspiration for the film Rain Man.

Will I be watching? I doubt it

Its a shame that when autism is mentioned people automatically think of the Rain Man, a colleague of DH said to "take him to Las Vegas when he,s 18, he,ll win you loads"

when i was dx,d last year a close friend of mine watched Rain Man on video to "understand what AS is" i had to tell her that it was nothing like the film in my case.
