Has anybody been successful at securing 1 to 1 help at a resource.
DS currently attends one but he has been identified as needing full time support(which he got previously in mainstream) and they have now decided they can't meet his needs there.
I would love him to stay there (as would DS) but they said they can't do 1-1 only 1-2 which isn't suitable for DS.(I'm thinking blanket policy).
They are willing to fund 1-1 at special school bit I don't want to move him again.
So what asking is has anybody been in this position and actually won? Cheers from one stressed mum
