Is there anything like the CHAT test for ADHD?

Sorry just reading on my I phone and it wasn't on there. The test for ADHD is called the Connors test we had this completed on our DD by a clinical ed psych.

Thanks. Is there any sort of official checklist of symptoms that GPs/HVs use to flag up that a child might be at risk of developing ADHD?

I don't think so there is lists of symptoms on various sites on Internet. Is there anything in particular that you are concerned about? My DD is 5 and has ADHD and dyspraxia.
