hi just wanted 2 know enyone have gone downe this road?
i have been thinking about this for some time now and wanted 2 start the gluten and dariy free diet as i feel that food controles how he is plz give me all the info u think i need 2 know thx

Lots of us have had good success with gluten and dairy free.

I'd say go for it.

Also give him a good quality pro-biotic like this one.

you could your DS's urin tested by the sunderland people. it might give you some direction if cutting gluten and/or casein might be useful. it is £60 iirc.

also, have you tried fish oils?
