Dear friends (and LAs) - would you like a labour thread?

I haven't really joined in much with the antenatal lot this time but am worried I'll miss the distraction of MNing in labour as it was useful last time.

Although, you lot go to bed earlier than the main board so I may 'just' get stuck with Wetty and Fallen..... Oh well! Grin

Ooh not long. Did your dd want baby alexander, as in the peppa pig episode? That was my first thought on hearing "baby ALexander.....". Alexander and william both great names though.

StarshitTerrorise · 07/05/2012 23:32

I think it was from Pepper Pig, yes.

Hmmm, a cat. Now why didn't I think of that?

Too late now! Or you could get a cat after the baby arrives....just a thought

Hmmm, a cat. Now why didn't I think of that?

Because its more fun making babies than buying a moggie? Blush Grin

Ooh would love a labour thread, would be no use on tips though despite having five myself as prefer the epidural option myself (was seriously pissed off that I was encouraged to manage with gas and air for number five Blush)

Having had two sections I was disgustingly determined to give birth normally. I managed it even with DH begging me to just go into theatre. The gas and air bit was fine. My littlest DS is an Alexander, but it's a long name for a short person. Smile

Star

Cunning Plan No: 3

Have the baby in the LA office. They'll be so busy dealing with that they'll forget/won't have time for their own nefarious activities.

My ds thought I'd swallowed dd and that's how she got on my tummy! I'm up for a labour thread - hot water and towels at the ready..... Will you be going the Scientology route of make no noise whatsoever during labour? Grin

SallyBear · 08/05/2012 12:09

A dignified silence from Star? LMAO at that thought! GrinGrin
