I meant to post this a couple of weeks ago and the Armani thread has reminded me. THis year BP's big annual appeal is in co-operation with Mencap to raisefunds to help children with special needs access after school clubs. For further info look here

is it? the little girl accross the road (not really litle she is nearly 12!) had a bring and buy sale this weekend and adament that we took our dd!!!, didnt realise it was for mencap

Yes, its the bring & buy sale thing again which they say works really well and raises lots of ££££. Did you buy anything? (or bring for that matter )

yes I spent about 10 quid and let them keep the change I took some stuff over which the girls were having a scrap about! they were all brand new but stuff people had bought for our dd which was way too old for her (sure you know what I mean!)

I felt sorry for them as it rained all day but they put some parasols up and stood out in all the weather and they looked they they did a good trade was proud of them
