My ds has worked his wee socks off the past couple of weeks. Yesterday his LSA was sick (very rare) - ds coped fantastically did his work and didn't get upset once. The HT had caught me in the morning to say that she had 3 members of staff off with a bug and they had no cover for ds - but she, and the two class TA's in addition to the teacher would be on hand. So I let ds have his angry bird surprise - a sticker book. Today all was back to normal except ds had slipped the sticker book into his bag and when he got to school told LSA he wanted to do show and tell - up he got with the angry birds book and obviously because they all love angry birds his presentation was a hit! LSA said she almost cried she was so proud. As for me I'm so proud that I want to stop everyone to tell them he did his first show and tell. But I'll settle for shouting on this board - HE DID HIS FIRST EVER SHOW AND TELL, OF HIS OWN VOLITION AND HE WAS A HIT!
I am officially the frizzcat that got the cream
