Asd and adopted siblings

Would a child with Asd at the aspergers end of the spectrum ever really accept an adopted sibling?

I cant say for sure but guess it would be an issue which would need a lot of discussion. It depends how "selfish" they are in their ideas, routines and need to always be right.
