It is a great book......

Thats why i was looking for it, i looked again and saw it wasnt the boy who it was about that had signed and drawn in it, it was the author. So how does that work?

It's fiction! It's not about anyone real

Really, so the author isnt a parent or anything? Just someone who knows about aspergers? I thought it was by someone with as, and then when i read about it on ebay i thought the person with aspergers, who i thought was christopher had got the mark bloke to write it for him. Duh Give me a brain cell!!! I will get myself a copy and be much better informed from now on. lol

tbh- I don't know how he knows so much. He must have had quite a lot of experience with AS as he gets it spot on.

Its an excellent book, very well written and original. I couldn't relate to the child as he is so different to my ASD son, although I know a few like him, but boy could I relate to the parents' feelings. That is why I thought it was also a very sad book, not depressing, but sad. I heard that the author has worked with adults with special needs but don't know.
