Three working days to Tribunal

Shall we take bets as to how late LA will leave it until they pull out? Working document was sent to school Wednesday (with not a word altered or argued over by LA) for them to confirm they can deliver the provision as written. School confirmed Thursday and asked for yearly Person Centred Review provision to be added and now ......silence.
Makes me wonder why they bothered opposing our amendments in the first place tbh seeing as they have done nothing apart from respond to our submission with a "we'll have more to say when we see a working document"
So any guesses? My thoughts are Tuesday as late as possible in the day.

Have they seen the working document?

Watching this with interest as we are starting Tribunal proceedings for DGS today. I agree they will leave as late as possible as if they are anything like our LA they are a bunch of callous bastards dealing with a very heavy workload.

It will be on the day.

Wassuup yes they had the working document before the deadline, they sent it to the school unaltered, they have done nothing no independent assessments, no communication, nothing. Just a letter initially to say they were outraged I'd appeal parts two and three when I had the part four I wanted and a half hearted attempt to get the appeal struck out on deadline for their response and then when ordered to respond nothing more than we don't have enough information without a working document. Not sure it's worth having my suit dry cleaned or not.
On the day Star? Bastards! they'd better not I've not had my suit dry cleaned and I've not arranged expert witnesses attendance as solicitor said we'd never get there.

Hope you get it sorted soon, all the LA's like to play silly bugger's but no point in your case as it's not going to change the cost - They are just being arsey for the sake of it.
