Oops, iPad and kids! Posting again... I am looking for multivitamins with Mg and Zn. To give you the details... After waiting nearly an year for a dietician appointment i read up on MN, started with Floradix kindervital and salydynum. When the dietician finally saw us - didn't give any useful advice at all. She said give him Multivitamins and stop giving Saludynm. According to her together there would be too much of vitamin D and calcium ( DS takes milk and cheese etc ).

Now I did stop Saludynm for few weeks now , I am finding DS super hyperactive, jumping all the time and stimming a lot too. It could be because of term holidays, but I do want try Mg and Zn back in and see if makes any difference. Any advice ? Thanks.

My DD takes Kindervital the saludynam and a triple potency omega barleans ultra EPA. I sent her hair away for testing and the combination did not mean too much calcium or vitamin D. The levels are completely safe IMO. Dd is 5.
