Odd smell post meltdown?

I've noticed after DD has a big strop she smells weird. Kind of sweaty but with a particular odd tang to it.

any idea why? I assume the sweaty bit is just a hormonal stress reaction thing but it doesn't smell like 'normal' sweat.

Ketones? Ketosis can make your sweat and wee smell very odd, plus it can make you very anxious and shaky.

don't know. not particularly ketotic smell. nor are the meltdowns because of hunger, although possibly (should take more notice).
this mornings was because her hair wasn't right and she'd just eaten a croissant for breakfast.
it's very odd.

is it quite a vinegary smell?

it is very sour, but not quite vinegar, not nail varnish remover or pear drops.

wil monitor and sniff her closely.
