Complete Guide to AS or AS A Guide for Parents and Proffs

or both?

I have just ordered All Cats Have AS for dd and for ds when he needs it. As we have 5 cats even I can relate to that!

Also "All Dogs Have ADHD"

I bought Ten Things and sent it to school but that fell on deaf ears........but my parents appreciated the insight.

But I now need a reference book myself.

I have 'Complete guide to AS' which is great and I also have ' Aspergers-what does it mean to me? ' by Catherine Faherty (workbook type thing for both parent and child to do).I also have 'Can I tell you about AS' which is really good also. I would recommend all of these Coff33pot. Glad you are feeling a bit better todaySmile.

Aspergers syndrome - a guide for parents and professionals.

Thanks all! I have ordered the first one but will also get the second as I think or take this is a more condensed guide with some strategies in from the read up.

I told DD today as she was asking what I was ordering. She was all eyes bless her and said "so it really isnt just DS being a pain" then said I will look after him mum. Oh I dont know how I kept the tears in bless her heart. :)

The books should help explain in an easier sense for her but she is very logical minded.

Aww love her! My other DSs have never mentioned looking after DS2, I think they'd run a mile. I'm not expecting them to, of course, but maybe keep an eye out for him eventually.

We have the complete guide. Very interesting, well written without being the two extremes of too complex or dumbed down. Have skipped the chapter on bullying though as just the thought of it made me cry.
