sons statement mixt up with another childs!!!!

Hi so i got the pre statement and started to look at it only to find that my DS statement was mixt up with another childs papers!!!!
The only way that i found out that wasent my DS papers was becuse this other child could not walk!!!

As they both have the same name dont know how this happed but im now siting her with another child papers with all his privet info and wondering if my DS paper is with the other family?!! There is even things like there tel nr adress ect!!!

Oh dear, that's a big no no. I'd let the other parents know their info has been compromised then get the LA to dance to your tune.

Call them and then call LA and complain!! Terrible

Identify exactly what you want in the SSEN.
Ring the LA and start talking about a complaint to the Information Commissioner Office every time you talk to the LA. Also ask about the LA complaints procedure.
Odds are you will get a response back offering what you want very quickly.

Is it mixed up or have they done their usual cut & paste job & left in some of the other childs details.

Either way shockingly poor & think they will be very red faced

Information Commissioner have bene handing out some big fines for stuff like this recently. I work in public sector and am terrified i will send something to the wrong address. You can complain to IC if you want to make LA life difficult.
